Building Long-Term Technology Partnerships
At Harwani Systems (OPC) Private Limited (HSOPC), we believe that many promising startups and MSMEs do not fail because of a lack of ideas—they struggle due to limited access to experienced technology, architecture, AI, engineering, and business consulting.
To support high-potential organizations, HSOPC offers a Growth Partnership Program designed for founders who are committed to building sustainable, ethical, and technology-driven businesses.
What We Offer
Eligible startups and MSMEs that enter into a long-term strategic partnership with HSOPC may receive:
- Up to 5 hours of consulting per week
- Duration of up to 2 months (maximum approximately 40 consulting hours)
- Guidance across areas such as:
- Technology Strategy
- Enterprise & Solution Architecture
- Artificial Intelligence & GenAI
- Product Roadmaps
- Open Source Technologies
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Digital Transformation
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Technical Due Diligence
- Team & Delivery Advisory
The consulting is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
Partnership Requirements
This program is intended for organizations seeking a genuine long-term strategic relationship rather than one-time consulting.
Participation generally requires:
- Execution of a two-year Master Services Agreement (MSA).
- Granting HSOPC a First Right of Refusal (FROR) for technology consulting, architecture, AI, software engineering, digital transformation, and related professional services during the agreement period, subject to mutually agreed commercial terms.
- A mutually agreed strategic equity participation or equity-linked arrangement, where appropriate and legally permissible.
- Alignment with HSOPC's values of professionalism, integrity, transparency, and ethical business practices.
Our Philosophy
Rather than charging early-stage companies significant advisory fees, we prefer to invest our expertise alongside ambitious founders who are building meaningful businesses.
Our objective is to become a trusted long-term technology partner—helping organizations make better architectural decisions, reduce technical debt, adopt AI responsibly, improve engineering quality, and scale sustainably.
Eligibility
Applications are evaluated individually. Preference may be given to organizations that demonstrate:
- Strong founding teams
- Innovative technology or business models
- Long-term growth potential
- Ethical and compliant business practices
- Willingness to build a strategic partnership rather than engage in transactional consulting
Participation is selective and subject to HSOPC's capacity and internal evaluation.
Important Disclosure
This initiative is not a grant, accelerator, incubator, investment commitment, or guarantee of future services. Submission of an application does not create any obligation on either party.
All consulting, equity participation, commercial engagements, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality obligations, First Right of Refusal provisions, and service terms will be governed exclusively by the executed Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statements of Work (SOWs), and any related legal documentation.
HSOPC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
